Tattoo aftercare records, kept with each tattoo
Every tattoo in InkEthos has its own folder. Add session photos, healed photos and notes about aftercare instructions and touch-ups so you always know how a piece healed.
Why keep aftercare records?
Records help you answer touch-up questions, show what instructions you gave, and track how your work heals over time. Healed photos also make stronger portfolio pieces.
What to record
A simple record covers:
- Session date and placement
- Aftercare method recommended (for example, film or ointment)
- Healed photo at 4–6 weeks
- Touch-up date and notes
Not medical advice
Aftercare notes are your own records. InkEthos does not give medical advice. Clients with signs of infection should see a doctor.
Common questions
