Delete your InkEthos account and data

You can request account deletion even if you cannot sign in or no longer have the app. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or cloud records.

From the app

Sign in, open Profile, then Danger Zone, and choose account deletion. Export any records you need first. Account export and deletion remain available when paid access ends.

Without signing in

Email us from your InkEthos account email address and request deletion of your account and associated data. If you cannot access that email, explain this in your request so we can verify account ownership. Never send your password, payment card details, government ID images, or client medical records by email.

Request account and data deletion

You can also email connect@inkethos.studio directly.

What is deleted

To keep your account but remove its records, use Clear my records in Your account and records, or the data-deletion controls in Profile. You can also email us to request deletion of specific data without deleting the account. Tell us which records you want removed; do not include the sensitive record contents in your email.

The request covers your artist account and its associated studio records, client records, intake and consent data, uploaded images, and connected integration access. Export records first if your studio must retain them. Our providers may retain limited backups or transaction records under their retention policies and legal obligations; see our Privacy Policy.

If you are a tattoo client rather than an artist account holder, contact your artist to request deletion of your client record. If you cannot reach the artist, email us with the studio name so we can help route your request without disclosing other clients' data.

Account deletion checks that billing has ended and that an owner has closed any shared Studio first. If either prevents your request, email support for help. Deleting records alone keeps your account, billing records, and Studio membership. Copies you exported to your devices remain on those devices.
